Covid-19 Level 3 Update

Alert Level 3 returns again! Auckland has been put back under Level 3 restrictions for 3 days until midnight Wednesday 17th February. This means our clubhouse will be closed on Wednesday, and we will await more details before any further decisions are made, including on the Ladies Fishing Competition scheduled for this Saturday 20th. Jetty Maintenance

HELP NEEDED PLEASE- We have planned to do some much needed maintenance on the Jetty this Saturday 23 Jan, 8am - 12pm - any help you can give us would be much appreciated. Update on Covid-19 Status

Club House & Bar: After our committee meeting this week a decision has been made to remain closed for at least 2 more weeks, with the intention of working towards opening the club house after this period. If we remain in Level 2 after the Government announcement on 5th October, we will need to have a plan in place on how we can best operate at that level and we are now looking at this regardless. Hardstand Update Level 3

On Wednesday we closed our hard stand and club house in response to Auckland moving into Alert Level 3.  We have now had three days review the rules and requirements of Alert Level 3, and after reviewing the Government and the Council Covid-19 Alert Level 3 Information, Stillwater Boating Club will now allow members, whose boats are already on the hardstand, to work on their boats. The club bar and kitchen was opened for business last Friday, and what a great evening it was! Ramp Closure for Bounty of Sea Auction

Tomorrow is our big day at the club when our fundraiser for charity kicks off! Over 100 fishermen have entered the fishing competition with many heading off today and the rest tomorrow. Christine Black Memorial Trophy

This year we are once again holding the Bounty of the Sea Fishing competition and Charity Auction. All fish weighed in are auctioned along with other prizes which have been donated by local businesses and companies around Auckland. Waterwise Stillwater 2018-19

Waterwise kicks off in Stillwater this weekend on Sunday 10th at 10am. Izelle is back at the helm running this program for us. Invitation to join is extended to all school children in and around the Stillwater regions. It's time for the Kawau fishing competition, and so far the weather is looking like it will be OK for tomorrow's fishing. Many boats have already headed out from Stillwater.
