Annual General Meeting

The upcoming AGM and election of new committee members is nearly upon us!

The Stillwater Boating Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm Sunday 1st August 2021. All members should have received an email notification by now or a letter in the mail box if you don't have an email.

Memberships were due for renewal by 30th June 2021, please note you must be a current financial member if you wish to attend or vote at the AGM. If you have not done so yet, you can complete the renewal online through the provided link Online renewal form | Stillwater Boating Club Inc  or at the club during opening hours. 

We have a number of existing committee members retiring, so now is a great opportunity to get involved and help direct and manage the club - we are looking forward to new members jumping on board!

Nominations for the Committee will need to be received by the Secretary before midnight Saturday 24th July 2021. These can be emailed to  secretary@swbc.co.nz  or for your convenience you may hand these to the bar staff in a sealed envelope.
