Stillwater Boating Club

* Affordable membership      * Great family community

Welcome to Stillwater

Stillwater Boating Club is a private members club with it's primary aim to promote recreational water activities. We welcome new members, including families, visitors and guests of members. As a member of Clubs NZ we offer reciprocal rights to members of other clubs also affiliated with this organisation.

We are a friendly, supportive, and local community based club, open from 4pm Wednesday to Sunday, with earlier opening hours during the summer months for some of our activities and functions.

You are welcome to visit us, check out the facilities, or just participate in some of our fishing competitions and social events.

We became affiliated to NZ Schools Waterwise, and are proud of this achievement and the dedicated team that allow us to offer our kids, and those in neighbouring areas, the opportunity to participate in activities that encourage water safety and confidence during the summer months.

Waterwise Stillwater relies on the generosity and enthusiasm of it's members, supporters and parents, and always welcomes new volunteers for these roles.

If you like the sound of being involved please get in touch. We would love to hear from you. See Waterwise Page for more information.

Fundraising and Special Events

Bounty of the Sea Fundraiser Auction

One of our biggest undertakings in 2017. We had an amazing time bringing this all together, spearheaded by a much loved committee member Christine Black, who sadly passed in May 2018. Christine was a big part of bringing the club into the internet era, implementing website, and other online initiatives that are now a big part of our management.
